What is the duration of my right of return?
The right of withdrawal runs for a period of 30 days after you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. If you want to return the goods to us, please ask our service team (eu.premiumfire@napoleon.com) submit a return form.
What do I have to consider when returning products?
Please note the following information when returning your Napoleon Premium Fire electric fireplace:
• Please report the return to our service team eu.premiumfire@napoleon.com within 30 days after delivery to you.
• Please use the original packaging for the return.
• The goods must be not be damaged.
• All accessories must be included in the return delivery.
You will receive a return form from us for the return. The shipping company commissioned by us will inform you about the date of collection. Please have the Napoleon Premium Fire electric fireplace ready for the shipping company on this date. With the tracking code you can follow the way of the goods back to us. After we receive it, it will be checked by us. If the above conditions are met, the price you paid will be returned to you. If the above conditions are not met or are only partially met, this may result in a reduction or a complete cancellation of the refund amount of the goods.
